The ultimate family/friend vacation home. Fully stocked kitchen, brand new appliances, and two smart TVs. Step out onto the front porch and you can see the river and cute downtown shops and restaurants.
Enjoy a meal around our outdoor dining space, play a fun game of bean bag toss, or venture out to Interstate State Park or Taylor’s Falls for all the amazing trails and views.
**The home is accessible without using any STAIRS by parking and entering through the back door!
Four bedrooms sleeps 10. (Main floor: one sleeper sofa. Upstairs: One king bedroom, two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with a trundle bed.)
--This rental includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, dish washer, microwave, toaster, blender, hand mixer, & coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, glass cookware, pots/pans, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use. --Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided.
--A hair dryer and showering essentials are provided. Bath towels are available for each guest. Each bedroom has a designated closet with hanger storage. There is also an iron and ironing board in the basement.
--A few family friendly games and a deck of cards are available for your use.
--We prefer guests park in the three spots in the back of the house. However, parking is free on the street and there's always room.
--We use only green/organic/non-scented cleaning materials.
TECHNOLOGY:
--Two flat screen smart televisions are hooked up in the sun room and the primary bedroom upstairs.
--Wifi is provided.
--A washer/dryer is available for your use in the laundry room.

We welcome you to bring your dogs! We do limit 2 dogs per stay with a nonrefundable pet fee. Pets must be pre-approved, including the disclosure of service animals, with an additional pet fee and/or cleaning fee applied after the reservation is accepted.

--Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry three days before their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through Vrbo messenger.
--Check-in is between 4 and 7 p.m.; guests must check out by 10 a.m. so that we can clean/prepare for our next renters before they arrive. (Note: We will try to accommodate early arrival/late check out requests, but often times, the cleaning crew requires the full time between guests if we have back-to-back bookings.)
